***CONTEST CLOSED**Good Earth Dinner Review and GIVEAWAY!!!
How would you like to enjoy cooking a sophisticated, restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your own home? How would you like it if said meal was quick and easy? How much MORE would you like it if it were FREE to you?
Well, MyBlogSpark and Good Earth are going to give you the opportunity to do JUST that with a fantastic prize pack! AND, you get to try it before it ever hits the shelves - pretty cool, huh? (more about that later!)
Each variety of Good Earth Dinners includes vibrant and flavorful sauces along with specialty ingredients like sweet basil, white wine and dried tomatoes. Delicious dinners that allow you to keep a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste, Good Earth dry dinner kits are perfect for whipping up a no-fail, five-star cuisine in less than 30 minutes. 100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG - just add meat and, voila! Dinner is served.
So how does this dry dinner thing work? Basically, each kit contains everything you need for the meal except the meat. I got to try out the Mediterranean Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta - oh boy, super yummy!
- These are so simple and quick to prepare! This is how I did it:
- Started my pasta cooking
- Got out the skillet and put a bit of water in the bottom and turned the heat up (I use water to saute to keep out as much oil as possible).
- Cubed (2) chicken breasts and sauteed with salt/pepper
- After the chicken had sauteed, I added into the pan the water, milk, seasoning package and cream mixture.
- Cooked the chicken mixture for about 15 minutes until thickened, added the pasta, cooked to heat through
- PRESTO! A meal - a really GOOD meal in less than 1/2 an hour. You really can’t beat that!
SOOOO, Who wants a prize pack?! (pictured above)
Prize Pack consists of a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken dry dinner kit, two sets of bamboo flatware, two bamboo dishes, a bamboo utility board and a 100% recyclable grocery tote. Let me just say that the bamboo stuff is adorable!!
